St. Louis Crane Rental is an independent referral service operated by AJ Freight Services LLC. We are not a crane rental company. We do not own, operate, maintain or insure cranes or other equipment, and we do not perform lifts.
We collect your request and pass it to independent crane operators. Each operator is solely responsible for its quote, equipment, operators, rigging, permits, insurance, safety and the work it performs. Any agreement for crane services is directly between you and the operator.
We do not guarantee that any operator will respond, be available, quote a particular price or complete your job. Pricing, timing and availability shown or described on this site are general information only and not an offer.
You are responsible for confirming that any operator you hire holds the insurance, licenses and operator certifications required for your job, and for providing accurate information about the load, site and conditions. Lifting operations carry risk; follow the operator's safety instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Freight Services LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay arising from services performed by an operator, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
